Lyocell textile lines
The textile common stitching yarns are typically made from spun yarn or in the form of continuous filament yarns , yarns with so called heart .
In the production of sewing thread spun textile yarn , textile cotton fibers were the first to be used, but also the past two decades polyester fibers (PES ) and polyamide (PA) have been frequently applied because , in particular , to their superior toughness compared to the low toughness of the cotton yarn stitching . The disadvantage of synthetic fibers and filaments is that they can not be dyed textile stitching lines in a simple process (with only one phase) with the cotton garments after this be sewn , such as cotton thread.
To overcome the problems caused by the kinds of yarns , described above , there was a need for development of new stitching yarns , one of these cases "a textile seam line that contains the axis of continuous filaments of lyocell lines , covered by cotton fibers "if this wire texteil patented ( patent number 102650 ) by the company VALFIOS - Trade in textiles yarn, although the authors of the patent TEACHER Lubos HES , PHILIP ARTHUR DOS SANTOS FERNANDO HENRIQUES and ENG º PINE NOVAIS.
Note : this line is under study and development , did not allow any kind of supply.
The invention relates to a sewing thread with web of continuous filaments for fabrics and garments which consists of at least 50% of the weight of the portion of the sewing yarns as Lyocell heart (middle), and at least 15% portion of the weight of cellulosic fibers (for example cotton or viscose ) , wrapped around the shaft , thereby completing the outside thereof and this complex textile stitching thread . Due to its superior toughness , dimensional stability and low friction surface , this wire is especially suitable for sewing cotton medium and heavy , such as : denim fabrics , velvet fabrics , flannel fabrics , cotton jackets , protective clothing cotton , etc. . Moreover, such a wire has the advantage of cellulosic dyeing cotton garments sewn crude ( yarn and fabric ) in a single operation.
This new line of sewing textile displays the following advantages:
The new line of stitching is adequate to meet the current requirements of the market, ie, the exact time ( JIT ) for product delivery . Because lyocell, cotton and rayon fibers are of cellulose can be dyed only to a wire or with the product already sewn in a single dyeing process (preferably direct mode ) , which results in great savings financial. This will reduce the stock of textile yarn , originally dyed in 300 colors and shades of sewing thread textile for frameworks , which will reflect major economic effects . The possibility minor proportions of filaments of continuous synthetic yarns of different dye affinities should not cause problems in color and tone of the final seam line.
Tenacity , elasticity and dimensional stability which is equal or better than the characteristic parameters of the stitching thread shaft PES / CO.
A sewing thread made of environmentally friendly natural renewable resources, which will automatically decompose when discarded. The wire can also be burned wasted without generating toxic gases.
A line of stitching textiles, highly resistant to high temperatures caused by friction generated during the sewing process , able to follow technological developments of modern sewing machines unlike the ordinary sewing thread soulful PES / CO.
A sewing thread whose coating cellulosic textiles (cotton or viscose) exhibits excellent adhesion to the surface of Lyocell due to the high friction surface typical of a single filament lyocell.
